Hello, my name is Stephanie. I’m a counsellor based in Singapore and I conduct therapy online. I have been working in mental health for about 10 years and most part of my career had been in helping people and my organisation build mental resilience and training in stress management. I decided to leave my previous job to focus more on conducting therapy for individuals as that’s where I derive a lot of job satisfaction and see a lot of value. Still, mental health and wellness are topics that I’m passionate about and I decided to collaborate with NMW to open more conversations about coping through my writing.
On this website, I hope to write more about burnout and work stress using my personal experiences and also my work in supporting individuals in coping with stress and fatigue. Looking forward to interacting with visitors of this website 🙂
